Campoamargo is a town in Almería whose economy depends on crops grown in thousands of hectares of greenhouses. Here, under the relentless sun of Andalusia, a great diversity of cultures coexists, including African seasonal workers, millionaires married to stunning Russian women, foremen, gypsies and gangs of unemployed youth. One hot night, young Ainhoa, daughter of the town's mayor, goes to a date at the plastics. The lights of the region go out and the young woman is brutally attacked in complete darkness. The next morning, the crops are watered with blood and no one knows anything about the missing girl. That same day, Héctor Aguirre, sergeant of the Civil Guard and head of the judicial police, arrives in town. For him, the most difficult and dangerous investigation of his career begins; decipher the motives that led the murderer to commit the crime. After the imprisonment of Fernando Rueda as Ainhoa's murderer, calm seemed to have returned to Campoamargo. However, another crime shakes the small agricultural town: Marta Ezquerro, the engineer, appears dead in a container with a severe blow to the head. Fear and stupor settle again in the town. Anyone could have been the murderer.
