It has now been ten years since the death of Manuel Castillo. IBS Classical launches an album intended to provide a true tribute and memory to this great composer from Seville. The album offers the opportunity to listen to a selection of his piano works, two recorded for the first time (Ofrenda and Para Arthur), along with scores by Turina and Albéniz that provided Castillo with the inspiration and model for the creation of several of his compositions, specifically La Andaluza Sentimental y Navarra de Turina, and El Puerto de Albéniz, which can help the listener understand more about Castillo as a composer.
