Synopsis: During the Nazi occupation of Czechoslovakia, young Milos works at the local train station alongside the womanizing Hubicka, the insane and hypocritical station master Zednicek, and the beautiful telegrapher Zdenka. The collaborationist director of the town's railways entrusts them with the mission of protecting certain strategic trains, essential for the Führer's plans for domination in central Europa .
