Chrys Boyce has an insignificant position at a defense facility, where she discovers documents that show that the CIA is secretly coercing other countries. He confides his discovery to his trickster friend Andrew Daulton Lee, an occasional drug dealer and user. Andrew convinces Chrys to sell that information to the Soviets in exchange for a large sum of money, offering to help him in the business. The matter gets out of hand when Chrys discovers that corruption is not exclusive to the US and when Andrew's drug use gets out of control. Based on real events THE HAWK GAME brought together an Oscar-winning team of technicians and actors.
