Benny Linn, also known as ?The Science? and Tim Dunnevan, nicknamed "The Muscle", are two sailors perpetually accused of insubordination who constantly engage in numerous businesses to make easy money. This time, Benny and Tim use a small inheritance to buy a racehorse that turns out to be an absolute bust.
