A mysterious murderer wreaks havoc in Milan, punishing with death all those with a dissolute life and accompanying each corpse with a small dragonfly-shaped ornament.

Inspector Paolo Scaporella (Paul Naschy) with the help of his wife Silvana (Erika Blanc) will try to catch the murderer, putting their own lives at risk.

Scripted and starring Paul Naschy himself (in a curious role as a tough law enforcement officer) and directed by the great León Klimovsky (“Walpurgis Night”), this film marks the maestro's second foray into the giallo subgenre.

To preserve the integrity of the film and due to the absence of materials suitable for restoration, we have decided to include a small unrestored scene from minute 41:20 to 41:30.
