During the Battle of Sekigahara, Shimazu Toyohisa manages to seriously wound Ii Naomasa, who decides to retreat. As Toyohisa wanders aimlessly across the battlefield, wounded and bleeding, he is teleported to a corridor with several doors. In the center is a strange man with several documents on his desk, among which there is one referring to Shimazu. Before he can express his surprise, the nearest door sucks him in and he wakes up in another world where historical figures and great warriors like him have been teleported from different times and places in the world. They will be known as Drifters.
