Julius Caesar has been assassinated and a civil war threatens to destroy the Republic. The void left by Cesar's death causes clashes of interests and everyone tries to reach a good position to fill the void. The ambitious Mark Antony tries to consolidate his strength by sympathizing with Atia. But her son Octavio also appears next to her, who for Caesar has been his son and is named heir in his will. Brutus tries to find a way to stop the mob, who accuses him of murder, while his mother, Servilia, weaves a deadly plan of her own. On the other hand, Titus Pullo tries to help his friend Lucius Vorenus to overcome the sadness that has enveloped him since he experienced a personal tragedy.
