When Sasuke accepts Orochimaru's offer to leave the Hidden Leaf Village, Shikamaru and Naruto organize a team to pursue him. Naruto , Sasuke and Sakura continue their learning with a mission in the Tea Country in which they must protect a young man during a race to settle a dispute with a rival clan. Upon his return to the Hidden Leaf Village, Sasuke, frustrated by the fact that Naruto seems to be progressing faster than him, challenges him to a fight. Finally, Sasuke's desire for revenge against his brother leads him to accept an offer from Orochimaru's emissaries to leave the Hidden Leaf Village. Following Tsunade's orders, Shikamaru organizes a team made up of the best genins in the Village to go after him. But the fearsome Sound Four stand in their way and when the situation becomes desperate, Rock Lee reappears as the last hope...
