Babitch, a New York police officer (Michael Rapaport), is driving home at night and is attacked by two individuals. He tries to catch them, but when they point a gun at him, he instinctively shoots and kills them. In an instant, the bridge is filled with police, who verify that the attackers did not have any guns.
