MATERIA PRIMA reappears with a new work that will not leave its followers indifferent, “MATERIA FLAMENCA”. A different album from their previous releases, -in concept and style-, but with the essence that characterizes these three brothers. In this new work, we discover Materia Prima with his own compositions adapted to the different styles of flamenco. A ballad becomes a Soleá por bulerías, a bolero becomes Tangos, a song dresses up as Rumba and all this accompanied by the best voices of the genre. MATERIA FLAMENCA, produced together with Juan Carmona, is an album full of race and personality, with sounds from the magical guitars of Juan Carmona with nuances of the Alhambra and spikes from Ketama, with the guitars of Pakete (Juan José Suárez, from Barbería del Sur) with its different harmonies, the flute of Juan Parrilla “the duende of the wind”, the elegant keyboards of Javier Losada or the choirs of the Bautista sisters, which make the mixture of voices and sounds a delight for lovers of this genre . Luxury collaborations for a work built from delicacy and respect for music in general and for flamenco in particular. Estrella Morente, María Toledo, María Segura, Guadiana, Arcángel, Negrí, Manuel Lombo, David de Jacoba and Rafita from Madrid bring their good taste, their duende and all the flavor of flamenco that their voices have. Another surprise in this work is the voice of Enrique Ponce, a great friend of the group who deploys his bullfighting art to give his voice, which becomes complicit with that of these three brothers. Materia Prima collaborates in this work with the Sandra Ibarra Foundation for solidarity against Cancer, an entity that, as its name indicates, is directed by Sandra Ibarra and is born from her own experience, to dedicate each day to the fight for her dream, which It is everyone's dream: hearing the magic words that cancer will be cured.
