Hiro and his motorcycle racing team become involved in the war dividing Venus when the enemy army invades their city. In 2003, the collision of an ice planetoid with Venus caused environmental changes that led to the colonization of the planet. 86 years later, Hiro is an 18-year-old young man who participates in the popular combat motorcycle competition known as Rolling Game to vent his frustration at an uncertain future due to the permanent state of war and environmental deterioration. But everything changes the day Ishtar invades the capital of Aphrodia and Hiro and his friends find themselves directly involved in the military conflict.
