Asesinato justo [DVD]

The story begins as highly decorated NYPD detectives Turk (DE NIRO) and Rooster (PACINO) face retirement, although neither of them are ready for it yet. Before they "hang up" their badges they are called to investigate the murder of a known pimp, which seems to be linked to a case they solved in the past. As in the crime then, the victim is an alleged criminal and a four-line poem was found on the body that justifies the murder. When the crimes begin to happen, it is clear that the detectives are facing a serial killer, whose target are those criminals who have slipped through the cracks of the judicial system. Their mission, it seems, is to do what the police are incapable of doing, take the guilty off the streets for good. The similarity between the recent crimes and the case that the two detectives solved some time ago raises a worrying question: did they put the wrong person behind bars?
