When Californian Susan Murphy is hit by a meteorite full of space goo and quickly grows to 15 meters in height, she is captured and imprisoned in a secret government containment zone. There, Susan (now called Genórmica) finds herself surrounded by other imprisoned monsters: the intelligent, yet insect-headed, Dr. Cucaracha; the macho half ape half fish Eslabón; the gelatinous and indestructible BOB; and the 100-meter larva called Insectosaurus.
