Synopsis
New York, 1940. CW Briggs is the star investigator of the North Coast insurance company, at least until it hires Betty Ann Fitzgerald, an investigator who declares war on the outdated, old-school methods that Briggs represents. In order to calm things down between them, Chris Magruder, the company's boss, invites them both to a party.
