A familiar character who delighted the public in his origins. Today its magic continues to inspire millions of people around the planet. This limited and numbered edition of only 1,000 units is a tribute to the genius whose character became a universal icon.
2021 is the Chaplin year. One of the most iconic films in history, considered the first blockbuster in cinema, “El Chico” (which is part of this pack), premiered in 89 cinemas in our country on February 5 in its restored version in 4K, exactly 100 years after its release in theaters in the United States (February 6, 1921). This revival has brought nearly 20,000 spectators to the theaters, becoming number 1 in the box office.
The fifth edition of the BCN Film Fest 2021 (April 15-23) dedicates its image to “The Boy” by Charles Chaplin and will also feature a complete retrospective, which will travel throughout Spain through film libraries.
Because Chaplin is universal but this year, it makes even more sense.
