The night that Alejandra receives the news that her husband has committed suicide, she realizes two things: that the skyscraper that her studio has just sold to a British investment fund is not the most important thing in the world, and that she did not actually know Oscar despite having been married to him for 15 years. Her husband led a double life in Albufera with a daughter and a charming woman, Verónica, who represents everything that she is not: spontaneity, freedom, wildness. Alejandra will pretend to be a stranger to investigate Verónica's life in search of answers, which will take her, without her realizing it, down the same path that Óscar took; that of a different life, that of life that starts from scratch with the same desire for freedom as an animal after a lifetime in captivity.
