Detective Walker investigates a multiple homicide case whose victims include a US senator. Although the arrested suspect was called during the massacre, he insists on his innocence. During a new interrogation, the suspect radically changes his position, confessing guilt, after which he commits suicide by stabbing himself in the eye with a pen.
