Dean lives in a wonderful, perfect neighborhood community where everything that happens seems like something out of a fairy tale. His best friend, Troy, just committed suicide. Troy was the institute's top amphetamine dealer and when he dies, he leaves his legacy to Dean . The classmates, in an attempt to recover all the "material" plan the kidnapping of Dean 's brother. But their clumsiness is such that they capture the wrong boy. In this apparently fantastic community, young people and adults belong to two parallel worlds: the one, squeezing life to the limit, the other, absorbed in their idyllic and empty lives. And meanwhile, Dean must fend for himself.
