Lucien Marguet, who is called Lulu, is a police inspector who, at 35 years old and with 13 years of service, continues to work with the same passion as his first days of service. He is what is known as a rare phenomenon within the force: an idealist opposed to police corruption who does not hesitate to confront his superiors. As a result, he is assigned to a police station where he reconnects with his beginnings as an office worker. But Commissioner Adore offers him to join the new anti-drug brigade, a unit without means or real official support that must fight against traffickers and dealers almost with the same intensity with which it has to face an ossified administrative system and, even, its own demons. Where the resources and support of the police force itself fail, Lucien does not hesitate to resort and apply Law 627 on his own, which punishes all infractions linked to drug trafficking.
