Antonio, a successful executive who has been convicted of financial crimes, faces two years in prison but is not willing to let anyone find out. The plan is laid out perfectly: he has requested a leave of absence and with the help of his lawyer, his girlfriend and some well-paid contacts, he makes everyone believe that he is studying a master's degree in the United States. But to get out in time to return to work, you will have to get your sentence reduced by showing exemplary behavior. This purpose is complicated when his girlfriend leaves him in the lurch and Antonio has to fend for himself in prison to keep his lie safe. Thus, he will begin to do what he knows best: take advantage of those around him, like Carmona, a habitual criminal with whom he establishes a business relationship that at times will seem like a friendship; Lamís, an old acquaintance of the night who feels rejuvenated before him and will do anything
to ask him; and Sara, with whom she will share much more than the support classes she teaches to a group of inmates. Between talks and jokes, clandestine drinks, soccer games and some vis-à-vis, the obligatory coexistence will uncover the lies that everyone has built in their lives, and will force them to accept who they have been until then and decide who they want to be from now on.
