Synopsis: A young medical student is assigned to investigate the mind of Don Wake, who resides in a psychiatric hospital full of secrets. She forces him to reveal the truth about the mother's bloody death, but Don won't. However, he warns the young woman of a real danger that stalks her: a mysterious man named Malachi.
Don begs the young woman to help him get out of the hospital so he can show the truth. But the student attributes her requests to paranoia, until she realizes that someone is following her. Soon, the predictions become her reality and she is forced to try to distinguish what is real from what is a madman's game. Teetering on the edge of madness, he must face one last decision.
