On the southern coast of Iran, many poor people with nowhere to live have settled in an old boat abandoned at sea. Captain Nemat is in command. While trying to persuade the owners and the authorities not to take the ship, since it is the owner there, the one who controls the entire trade, the one who is selling it piece by piece for scrap metal.
