In Havana in 1958, a family made up of Alicia (Susana Tejera) and her ten-year-old son Samuel (Iván Carreira), returns once again, after the last love failure of the young and insecure mother, to the house of Violeta (Mercedes Sampietro), the child's maternal grandmother. There they find rejection from the manic lady and very little desire to share their privacy. Between the contradictions of mother and grandmother, the boy tries to adapt, but on this occasion the needs of his age begin to emerge, transforming Samuel, who goes from submission to a rebellion that will mark his life forever.
