Synopsis
Monika works at a vegetable market. Harry, a 19-year-old boy, lives next door. One day they go to the movies and spend the night together on Harry's father's boat. The next day Harry is fired. The two decide to leave Stockholm. At first things are idyllic: they sunbathe naked, they drink, they go dancing but Monika gets pregnant. They run out of food and start stealing from nearby cabins. Monika is arrested but manages to escape. And they both decide to return to the city...
