This film places the legendary hero Hercules with Prince Ulysses, en route to Thebes to fulfill an important diplomatic mission. During a break, Hercules drinks from a certain spring that causes him to lose his memory. In such a situation he falls into the hands of the soldiers of the perfidious Queen of Lydia, who turns the muscular demigod into her loving king. But Ulysses cleverly tries to make Hercules remember his mission and true identity.
