Naruto is back! The world of Naruto is turned upside down with the revelation of the truth about the annihilation of the Uchiha clan and the declaration of the Fourth Great Ninja War. As Naruto and his friends reminisce about past adventures that reveal new aspects of the Leaf ninjas, Danzo becomes the new Hokage. The five Kage meet in the Country of Iron to celebrate a summit to which Sasuke also attends with the intention of giving Danzo a home. Finally, Madara intervenes, revealing truths that leave Naruto and his friends in shock. When the Kage refuse to approve his crazy plan to put all of humanity under the control of his genjutsu to bring peace to the world, Madara declares war on them, starting the Fourth Great Ninja War. With all the villages preparing for battle, Naruto follows Sakura, who has gone to meet Sasuke with the intention of finishing him off herself.
