Ben and Saoirse live in a lighthouse, at the highest part of a small island, with their father, who to protect them from the dangers of the sea sends them to live with their grandmother in the city.
There Ben discovers that his little sister is a Selkie, a sea fairy, a seal girl who with her song can free magical beings from the spell placed on them by the Owl Witch.
On a fantastical journey, Ben and Saoirse will face fears and dangers, and fight the Witch to help the Magical Beings regain their power.
