Cage plays an opportunistic bandit, who, vowing to make amends, proposes marriage to a police officer (Hunter) who works as a photographer at the police station. Everything seems to be going great until they discover that she cannot have children and all of her applications to adopt a baby are denied. It won't take them long to realize that they have the solution just a few meters from their house, since the neighbors have just had quintuplets. "With so many children, how are they going to notice that they are missing one?" they think. Now they just have to kidnap one of them and run away.
But running away with a child will not be easy, but rather fun and extravagant, giving rise to endless hilarious situations.
