EL LEBRIJANO At the beginning of the seventies Juan Peña el Lebrijano, a member of one of the families with the most extensive list of flamenco artists, made his way in the capital of Spain, maintaining constant activity and betting on risky projects in order to acquire a personal language. In his apartment in the Concepción neighborhood of Madrid, this magnificent singer offered us a domestic concert that highlights his personal style and his contributions to flamenco. CADIZ AND THE PORTS. Immersed in the landscape of the capital of Cadiz, always with the sea as a perennial witness, we attend a special tour of the most characteristic songs of this area, such as bulerías, tangos, alegrías or mirabrás. A choral document in which a large group of artists who made up the Cádiz flamenco of that time intervene, among them the remembered Perla de Cádiz. SEGUIRIYAS (I) The diversity of the seguiriya is manifested in this program through the mythical voices of great Jerez artists, such as Tío Borrico, Tía Anica la Piriñaca, Fernando Terremoto or Agujeta, accompanied by two guitar masters: Manuel Morao and Sherry grill. PETER WASHED. For Pedro Lavado, flamenco is a shared experience and an experience independent of purely professional aspects. With the magnificent guitar of Merengue de Córdoba, he performs in this program drones from Puente Genil and fandangos from Lucena; native styles of their land; as well as country songs and various types of malagueñas.
