Only for survivors tells the story of the comics magazine El Víbora, from its birth in Barcelona in 1979, until its publication ceased in 2003. Known for its unpleasant sense of humor, its high content of drugs, sex and violence and for being the maximum representative of the so-called dodgy line, it was the starting platform for many of the most important cartoonists and illustrators in the country such as Nazario, Max, Mariscal , Gallardo, Mauro Entrialgo, Miguel Ángel Martín etc. showing, through its vignettes, the street stories of the days of the transition and its subsequent years. The combination of the American underground of the late 60s with the more traditional tradition of Spanish comics brought adult comics to a mass audience eager for freedom.
