From the gardens of the JT Borda Psychiatric Hospital the broadcast of 'LT22 Radio La Colifata' begins. A station made entirely by the Hospital's inmates. A radio space in which the word is given to those who have been denied it for a long time: 'the crazy ones'. Its protagonists, the 'coliphatos', reveal to us the operation of this radio station that broadcasts to the whole world. We feel that the radio acquires new functions, breaking the walls that separate the mentally ill from society, thus serving as an effective therapy for patients. We accompany the 'coliphates' on their trip through Europa , where they see the impact of their pioneering project: other psychiatric hospitals have followed their idea and created their own radio stations. The trip ends back in Buenos Aires, in a soccer stadium. Manu Chao offers a massive concert to benefit 'Radio La Colifata' and shares the stage with our protagonists.
