Synopsis
Marion Crane receives an envelope from her boss with $400,000 to deposit in the bank. Marion sees that money as the solution to her problems with her boyfriend Sam and decides to run away. On the way to California, due to heavy rain, Marion takes refuge in the motel of Norman Bates, a strange young man who lives dominated by his mother. A few days later, having no news from her, Lila, Marion's sister, along with Sam, begin her search.
