Este conjunto de 2 CD presenta a dos maestros franceses del teclado, hijos de la Ilustración francesa: Jean-Baptiste Barrière (1707-1747) y Bernard de Bury (1720-1785). Ambos compositores vivieron en una época en la que la cultura francesa absorbió muchos elementos extranjeros, en particular el estilo italiano del concierto (solo versus tutti), el cantabile vocal e instrumental brillante. Luca Quintavalle tocó con muchos de los principales conjuntos de Música Antigua, como Concerto Köln y Les Talents Lyriques. Grabó para Sony, DGG, Hyperion y DHM. This 2CD set present two French masters of the keyboard, sons of the French Enlightenment: Jean-Baptist Barrière (1707-1747) and Bernard de Bury (1720-1785).
