Este CD contiene la primera grabación de las Variaciones Corales completas de Daniel Magnus Gronau, un maestro del siglo XVII de Danzig, el alma musical más fina que había honrado a la ciudad de Danzig, según dijeron sus alumnos después de su muerte. Escribió un tratado sobre transposición y las Variaciones Corales forman parte de los compendios más extensos de registros de órgano de la música de órgano de finales del Barroco en Alemania. El organista Matteo Venturini es ganador de nada menos que 8 prestigiosos concursos de órgano y escribió una tesis sobre la música de órgano de Gronau. Toca en un magnífico órgano Ghilardi en la Iglesia de San Rocco, Larciano. El folleto incluye notas de la línea y biografía del artista en italiano e inglés. Todas las especificaciones del órgano también están incluidas.
